So we were just out our internet for over 2 weeks. If I weren't able to use it at work, I don't know how I could have survived. However, it did mean I couldn't do a lot of fun things like write on my blog and look at facebook all night.
I did have a pretty good week last week. We headed up to Chicago on Wednesday afternoon. Hung out in Wrigleyville Wed. night, then to the Shedd Aquarium on Thursday & dinner at a friend's house that night. I had been to all of these places before, but Eugene had not, so it was fun for him I hope. Friday we all headed up to Wisconsin Dells for some "camping" and drinking. I say camping loosely because the only thing that makes it camping is that we sleep in tents. There is a pool at the campground and an amusement/water park across the street. Good times as usual. It did storm REALLY bad on Friday night. While it may have been dangerous, I was too drunk to care & it makes for good sleeping.
Other than that, not much is going on. Oh, wait, I got a promotion, sort of. I'm taking another position on my same team, but it is an upward move so I'm pretty excited about it.
Ok, that's really all I think. Nothing clever. I guess no internet makes Aimless a dull girl. Boo!!!!
